How can I use this service?

Item Price (Yen)

It is the amount you will incur as if you are buying in Japan locally. It may include:

Product price of the shop / bidding price in auctions
Shipping & handling charge from seller
Japan bank charges (one time only).

Our Service Charge (Yen)

FEES are for one shop order, if you order from many shops in one time you pay single fee for each shop/auction.

(D) International shipping = 1500y

Please refere to our AUCTION/SHOP service page to get a rough estimation on the total price.

STEP 2: Contact us

Contact Us (CONTACT FORM) and provide us with the following information. We will give you a free quotation as soon as possible.
- Name of product (please type in English)
- URL of the product page
- Quantity
- Your delivery address
- Shipping method you prefere

STEP 3: Payment

Make payment. See Payment Methods we Accept.

STEP 4: Order placement

We will make the purchase / bidding upon the receipt of your deposit payment.

STEP 5: Goods arrives to us

Upon receipt of the package, we will verify if the product arrived and notify you with the final payment request.

STEP 6: Shipment

We will arrange for shipping to you. We will notify you when the product is shipped giving You the tracking number.

About Preorders:

We can do items preorders. If you want preorder an item, you need to send 30% deposit. Please preoreder cancel is not possible. Once we order you need to respect the deal. Cancel is accepted only in special situations and fees are request for cover the cancel option from seller.

We dont take any claim if your country customs office keep the packing and ask to pay extra fee/tax on it. We dont own the customs office and do not take any % from them. If the office keep pack and ask for % tax is not our responsability.
